1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Germany only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Germany.
There are no hidden fees and no minimum purchase requirement.
3. How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed before dispatch.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays
4. How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched:
Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or external factors.
5. What is your order cut-off time?
Order Cut-Off Time: 06:00 PM (CET – Central European Time)
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
6. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted shipping partners such as DHL and other reliable local carriers within Germany.
7. Can I change my delivery address?
You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched

9. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
10. Who pays for return shipping?
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
11. When will I receive my refund?
Refund approval is provided within 2 business days after inspection
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
12. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If possible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
If delivered while you were not present, contact us with photos so we can guide you on the next steps
