Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with abcmug. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below, which is aligned with our shipping process and delivery timelines within Germany.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Cancellations (Before Shipping)

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the return process must be followed
  • This policy matches our Shipping Policy timelines.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, abcmug will cover the return shipping cost and provide instructions for return.

Change of Mind:
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@abcmug.com
     within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided
  4. Securely package the item and ship it as instructed

 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to complete the refund.

7. Shipping Time & Refund Relationship

Please note:

  • Standard delivery time within Germany is 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Order processing time is 1–2 business days
  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected
  • Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify for refunds unless the order is confirmed lost by the carrier

8. Damaged Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged:
  • If possible, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • If delivered in your absence, contact us with photos so we can guide you on the next steps
