1. Shipping Coverage
 At the moment, we only deliver our products within Germany.

International shipping is not currently an option.

2. Shipping Cost

We provide free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping costs are free
  • No membership fee

There are no minimum purchase requirements

3. Processing Time of an Order

All orders placed are processed before they can be dispatched.

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Business days are from Monday to Friday, except for German public holidays

The orders are verified, packaged, and ready to be shipped during this time.

4. Shipping Time

“Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:”

  • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (between Monday - Friday).

 The delivery times are approximate and may be impacted by other factors.
5. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 06:00 PM CET – Central European Time

Any orders placed after this cut-off point will be processed on the next business day.

6. Shipping Carriers

For the safe delivery, we make use of reputable local and national courier companies like DHL and other reputable carriers in Germany.

7. Address Changes

Once an order is in transit, delivery addresses cannot be altered.

In case you would like to change the shipping details, kindly reach out to us at support@abcmug.com within the first 24 hours of purchase.
Any requests made after that may not be acknowledged.

8. Order Cancell

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch

In cases where the order has already been shipped out, you may refer to our "Refund & Return Policy."

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

In case the delivery of your package has resulted in damage or incompleteness

  • Contact Us Today With Pictures of the Problem
  • If possible, decline delivery and let us know right away
